NIH Faces More Ethics Questions — NIH has again come under scrutiny for potential financial conflicts of interest, but this time the questions involve its extramural grantees.

Russia Opens Chemical Weapons Destruction Facility — Russia has commissioned a chemical weapons destruction facility near Leonidovka to facilitate compliance with the 1997 Chemical Weapons Convention.
